FOOD SAFETY POLICY

It is the policy of Heritage Village Catering Services to develop and provide our products and services that are safe for consumption, as well as meet or exceed customer requirements and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements of ADFCA and UAE Government.

We accomplish this by adhering to our Food Safety Management System and operational methods that recognize food safety and customer satisfaction as our primary goals.

We will comply with national/international food safety management regulations, UAE federal law, ADFCA and other requirements relevant to its activities, products & services and regularly appraise its compliance with such requirements.

We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our Food Safety Management System and our commitment to customer satisfaction by monitoring our performance against our established objectives and through leadership that promotes employee involvement.

We will ensure the reduction of all possible hazards of microbiological, chemical and Physical origin to an acceptable level in all steps and processes.

Its HVCA’s commitment ensuring customer satisfaction and we achieve it by improving the processes based on customer feedback, audit findings and developing a highly motivated, efficient and competent workforce, to achieve customer satisfaction.

We are committed to continual improvement of food safety management system through accomplishing stated objectives and by establishing, implementing and maintaining documented effective systems that comply with the requirement of ISO 22000, HACCP & Codex Alimentarius — Recommended International Code of Practice.

This concept represents HVCS‘s commitment to provide safe food products and catering services to continually improve in order to better serve our growing and demanding customer base.

This policy is communicated internally and externally, implemented and maintained throughout the organization. It is reviewed at regular intervals to make sure that it continues to be suitable to the organization.
